By accessing or using the services provided by Begg Mobile Lab ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Begg Mobile Lab provides mobile DNA specimen collection, mobile laboratory collection services, and medical courier services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Mobile DNA testing specimen collection
- Paternity and relationship DNA collection
- Legal and immigration DNA specimen collection
- Mobile blood draws and specimen collection
- Medical courier and specimen transportation
Important Service Disclaimers
Please Note:
- We do not perform laboratory analysis ourselves. Specimens are sent to appropriate accredited laboratories.
- We do not guarantee specific test results or outcomes.
- Court acceptance of DNA test results depends on compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Immigration acceptance depends on meeting specific government agency requirements.
- Turnaround times are determined by laboratories, not by our collection service.
Appointment & Scheduling
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation policies may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be discussed at the time of service booking. Prices may vary based on service type, location, and urgency. We accept various payment methods as communicated at booking.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when scheduling services
- Be available at the scheduled time and location
- Provide valid identification when required
- Inform us of any special circumstances or health considerations
- Maintain a safe environment for our collectors

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
